We provide the following solutions to maximize customer satisfaction. If you have any inquiries about the restaurant’s return and refund policy, please do not hesitate to email or call us. Please contact the restaurant right away for a prompt answer. Once your order has been confirmed, preparation starts immediately. Customers can only change orders when the preparation has started but such orders cannot be canceled.

 

FOOD ORDER ERRORS:

We will make up for any instances in which you do not receive the meal that is listed on your receipt. As soon as you realize the food products are missing from your order, please give us or your third-party delivery service a call. Before the meal is prepared, you can cancel without asking any questions. We will return the money to your credit card or issue you a gift card or certificate. If you paid with a credit card, you will be reimbursed for the portion of the discount price that was incorrectly charged and charged the full price of the added item. If the new food is more expensive than the incorrectly received food, you will be required to pay the remaining sum in cash. We might occasionally give you store credit. If you come to pick it up, your order will be given priority. In every situation, kindly return the meal order to our host in the original container or containers.

 

FOOD ORDER INCOMPLETE:

In the unlikely event that the meal shown on your receipt is not delivered, we will reimburse you. As soon as you realize the food products are missing from your order, please give us or your third-party delivery service a call. Before the meal is prepared, you can cancel without asking any questions. We will return the money to your credit card or issue you a gift card or certificate. Note that we do offer courtesy goods like throwaway silverware. The remaining condiments will be served upon request. Please notify us if we have accidentally left out a complimentary courtesy item so that we may discuss it with our team. However, we are unable to offer store credit, refunds, or reductions.

FOOD DISSATISFACTION:

We use only the best and freshest ingredients, we prepare our food freshly, on demand. Every dish we prepare is one in which we take immense pride and care. When ordering, customers can request refunds or replacement food if the food is incorrect, missing, or in any comparable situation. It is not customary to give refunds for food that a customer merely dislikes. Customers should check and confirm that their order is correct and satisfied before leaving the restaurant in case of pick up or before the Driver leaves if the order is delivered.

CANCEL ORDER:

However, if you decide to change your mind or order the wrong item after the order has been prepared, we will not refund, or issue credit for such an order. For non-food products or beverages, we will issue a refund or credit for the items.

ORDER DELIVERY:

If our driver is unable to locate you or contact you with the information you provided while placing the order or you provide an incorrect address, the Driver will try multiple times to locate customer but after reasonable times driver may decides to cancel the order and returned to restaurant. You should keep your phone closed when you are waiting for the meal to come because they will be contacting you when they get to your delivery address. You might not be qualified for a refund if a delivery partner tried contacting you after reaching your specified location. All refunds will be processed in the original form of payment..
